The Four Swords
When Nintendo re-released A Link to the Past on GBA, they took full advantage of the GBA's capabilities and included a full-length multi-player game called The Four Swords, the first such Zelda game. While both games could be played and viewed separately, Nintendo went further and made it so your progress in one game would unlock things in the other, and vice-versa. A Gamecube version is reportedly in the works.
